While we cannot guarantee that a steel helmet won't ever rust, we take numerous precautions to prevent it including double coating each helmet with DiamondFinish protect it. You can help prevent rust by keeping your helmet in a temperature-controlled, low moisture environment.

It all depends on the number of orders ahead of you. Because each helmet is made by hand to order, the process is lengthy - please allow 2-3 weeks for fabrication once we start creating your helmet. If you have a specific date you would like the helmet by, please make a note in the order form and we will let you know if we can accommodate you.
